This policy applies only to books purchased directly from scottandrewwilliams.com. If you bought Still Human from Amazon, Bookshop, or another retailer, please return it through that retailer under their policy.

Preorders
You can cancel a preorder for a full refund anytime before your book ships. Just email me and I'll take care of it.

Returns
If the book isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid. The book should be in the condition you received it. Return shipping is your responsibility, and I recommend a tracked service.

To start a return, email hello@scottandrewwilliams.com with your order number. I'll send the return address.

Damaged or misprinted copies
If your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, email me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. I'll send a replacement at no cost, and you don't need to return the original.

Lost packages
Books ship via USPS Media Mail, which can be slow. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of shipping, let me know and I'll help track it down or send a replacement.

Digital bonuses
Digital extras included with your order, such as The Image-Bearer's Field Guide to AI (Mini Edition) and any early digital copy, are yours to keep and aren't eligible for separate refunds.

Personalized copies
Personally inscribed copies are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after I receive your return or process your cancellation.
